Part now replaced, more detailed instructions or video clip link would have been helpful, hopefully motor will perform at next outing

Spoke to Bison Marine via the web chat about the problem and the required part was identified immediately. Ordered speed switch and it arrived two days later. Took five minutes to fix and outboard now working. Not sure if it should have failed after 16 months but can't fault the after sales service. Thank you for your help and the quick turnaround.

So good to find a company that you can speak to easily and have excellent technical support. Makes everything so much easier and quicker. With no knowledge of the outboards I was able to carry out repairs with their support.
